Etsy baby items are about as common as jewelry sold on Etsy.com, but this shop really stood out to me.   The seller (AllisaJacobs) makes the sweetest, most unique baby items I have seen so far on Etsy. As Allisa puts it, she “designs and creates bright and happy baby basics”!

My “Etsy Item of the Day” today is this darling baby set in “Modern Zoo Sage”.   AllisaJacobs says in the item’s description the animal print is from Alexander Henry – which I found out designs some pretty cool prints if you are looking for unique fabric.

The set comes with a bib, burp cloth, and onesie.  My favorite thing about AllisaJacobs is her amazing attention to detail.  It might just be me, but I always think “Would my friend think this is cheap?” when looking at items on Etsy to give as a gift.  From the chic “Quiltish from Allisa Jacobs” tag to the sweet pearl snap on the bib, this Etsy baby item doesn’t signal cheap to the gift recepient.

However… at $30.00 for this great set, I’m sure I don’t have to tell you it’s a smokin’ deal!
