Item:  Blue Monday Vase

I came across this Etsy seller on Twitter… by the way, are you following both Etsy Item of the Day and Claytastic?…  and I thought this vase was unlike anything I have ever featured on my blog before!

Claytastic is a great collection of pottery by Laurie Erdman and this vase is my favorite piece!  She has nearly a dozen vases at her Etsy shop – check it out if you’re in the market for a new piece.

There are a few blue pieces, and I think the color is really beautiful.

It’s selling for $24.00 and the seller (Claytastic) says the vase was a product of her exploration of contrasting formal and traditional with messy and organic.  Cool!

She seller also visualizes tulips in this vase.  Sigh… me too…

Now I’m in the market for vases!
