If you know me, you know I love a sampler pack.  It’s a great way to try a new product without totally committing.  They also make awesome gifts!  Everyone likes to try something new without having to commit to leaving what’s familiar.

This laundry soap from an Etsy shop called OhSudz doesn’t contain phosophates, chemicals or anything bad for the environment.  The seller says that there is also no need to use laundry softeners when using this product. It’s also a wonderful product to use if you have sensitive skin conditions.

The sample pack is selling for $3.00 for one 3 ounce package.  You only need one tablespoon for HE and two tablespoons for traditional top loading machines.

You can choose from the following scents for your sample pack:

Unscented, Orange Blossom, Meyer Lemon or Lavender Lemongrass, Absinthe, Lovespell (floral), Almond Biscotti, English Pear, Freesia, and Rose Gardenia.

I saw this darling Etsy shop featured on the homepage of the site today and I wanted to share it with you guys too!

“I’m an industrial designer by trade, currently residing in Brooklyn, N.Y., where I’m filling every corner with a bit of greenery,” this seller told Etsy.com. “As I was quickly losing valuable work surface to my ever growing plant collection, I started creating hanging planters. My expression lies in form and material. I focus on using natural materials and the designs reflect an exacting attention to detail coupled with a kind of a quiet minimalism.”

Since I’m spending a few days in Las Vegas, NV, I wanted to feature a Las Vegas-based Etsy shop today!

Meet OliveHandmade, a really cool pillow cover shop run by crafter Fallon Akers.

“Hello, I’m Fallon (that would be Allen with an F ),” this Etsy profile reads.  ”I live in a cozy house is Las Vegas, Nv where I crank the air conditioner indoors so I can pretend I don’t live in the hot desert. I married my sweet highschool crush Jake. I love him so. We are parents to a 180 lb English Mastiff name Jasper and a super adorable Akita named Echo. We are lovers of the Lord and enjoy spending time in His beautiful creation outdoors and or serving Him with our time.”

The item I wanted to share from Fallon’s shop is this cute “To Abel with Love” pillow cover (pictured above).

“What better way to share your talent then with a wonderful cause?” Fallon writes in the item description. “I’ve partnered with Kristine, founder of We are Abel to bring you this lovely design. An organization started after her own son suffered trauma at a birthing center and as a result has Cerebral Palsy. A shop called FloresDelSol has some really great floral decor items listed.  There aren’t a ton of items listed in this little gem, but what’s listed is amazing.
