Meet Etsy seller Molly, the brain behind Keys3Please.  I met Molly via my Etsy Item of the Day shop submission page (have you shared your shop yet?)

When I visited her shop, I became really excited.  As a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority, I am pretty obsessed with keys.  Why keys? It’s one of the organization’s symbols! Learn more here.

Molly’s shop is full of great antique skeleton keys.  My favorite item in her shop is the antique keys packaged as great wall art, which are shown above.

“A hand-picked antique skeleton key that is presented on ivory linen and set into a double black frame. Uncovered to keep with the natural aging process of the keys. Keys will vary in color, shape, and size,” Molly wrote in her Etsy item description.

These are great!

“I live outside of Boston with my boyfriend, our dog, and cat,” Molly told me in her shop submission. “I am 23 years old and work in health care research. I recently started crafting although I have loved Etsy since 2009! I recently opened my shop and would love to receive any bit of exposure I can get!”

When she’s not working on her Etsy shop, Molly told me she likes to hike with her 3 year old German Shepherd, watch lifetime movies, cook!

I asked Molly where she likes to shop on Etsy.com and she told me about a shop called OneDecember.

“Everything looks so rustically beautiful and I would love to buy everything in their shop if I could!” she said.

When I was helping with recruitment at my University’s chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma last fall, they had some darling treats (including yummy cupcakes) and these would have been really cute on them!

I first heard about this Etsy seller via my Etsy Item of the Day shop submission form.

Deedra Wilburth, the crafter behind Astorialane on Etsy.com, has some great items listed in her shop.  She has over 150 bookmarks listed in her shop, so if you’re looking for a gift for a bookworm - this is a great place to shop!

“I love to create and working with my hands is an absolute joy. I love that I can support myself with something that gives me such joy,” Deedra told me. ”It is very rare to find and I treasure it every moment.”

When she’s not working on items for her Etsy shop, Deedra says she stays busy.

“I volunteer a lot of my time working with the deaf in the community teaching them the Bible,” she said.

I asked Deedra where she likes to browse on Etsy.com and she told me about a fun handmade flip flop shop.

“MollysHipFlops has very creative flip flops and considering I wear flip flops a lot it is nice to wear some that are fashionable,” she told me.

Deedra’s advice to other Etsy sellers is to be patient!  ”Everything takes time so don’t be discouraged if it doesn’t skyrocket immediately,” she said.

How cool is this steampunk pocket watch?!

This Etsy shop (called BeautySpot) sells all kinds of handmade jewelry – from vintage lockets and cool pocket watches like the one above to lovely necklaces and unique brooches.
