Item:  Sexy San Serif Aluminum Letter

I fell in love with these sexy letters by seller TextMessages.  The listing is for one letter for $15.00.  Not bad for a darling and unique item to put in an office, kitchen, or bedroom.  The letters are vintage cast aluminum letters and measure 2 inches high, 1.25 inches wide, and ¾ inches deep.  Most of the letters stand on their own, or the seller (TextMessages) suggests mounting them.

These letters remind me of a New York City loft on a rainy day… so sleek!

The story behind the letters is just as cool.  The letters were actually salvaged from a late 1950’s building signage.  What a great way to reuse something from the past!

One problem – none of the letters available appeal to my first or last name.  Just my luck, right?  Maybe you’ll have better chances of finding the perfect collector’s item… Does C, D, E, I, L, M, N, O, P, S, or T appeal to anyone?
