Oh boy do I love cookies…

So I was super stoked when I came across this seller (SimonesHomebaked) on Etsy.com.  Check out these delicious looking cookies!!

The listing is for two oatmeal scotchies cookies in a Sample-Sized package.  The sellers says there is one for yourself and one for a friend in the listing, but I really love oatmeal scotchies, so maybe two for me! : )

Ok… here’s the low down on these cookies – they are made with rolled oats, butterscotch chips, pecans, and various spices.  Totally not a fan of pecans (sooo sick!), but no worries because you can convo the seller that make special requests.

The seller also offers a vegan option if you like that!  Considering I am trying to cut dairy out where I can (already vegetarian).  I would definitely consider giving that a try.  Wonder how they taste?
