I connected with this seller (HatchedForFun) on Twitter (are you following “/etsytoday“?) and had to show all of you this darling custom luggage/bag tag being sold at Etsy.com for $12.00.

The item is a custom fabric bag tag machine embroidered with your personal details. I like that the seller makes it easy to attach to a bag or luggage. Nothing worse than a name tag that doesn’t quite work with your set of luggage!
This design has green thread on Japanese linen fabric. This design pictured above was my favorite in the shop, but you can browse other styles by clicking on the seller’s name at the top of the post.
The seller (HatchedForFun) will include 4 – 5 lines of text and the tag ends up measuring 3 inches by 5 inches (excluding the loop.)
Now all I need to do is plan a vacation… Suggestions anyone?

What an awesome idea! If they come in bright colors (so I can find my bag more easily) they are mine!
I like this a lot, I think customized luggage tags like this are very cool. I especially like the fact that it is embroidered, makes it look a little more high end. The only downside would be that it could get dirty, can you laminate it or put it in a cover?
