One of my favorite things to do is take a trip to the day spa. It’s kind of a sick love – I even going so far as refusing to book a hotel for a trip that doesn’t have a day spa.
I have found that on my many Etsy searches I come across beauty products. This is the first shop I have come across which has an amazing collection of spa products. From spa products for your little Etsy loving baby to 43 products currently listed for face care. Yeah, that’s right, 43!
When I looked through all the face products, this facial mask appealed to me most. The item is $16.00 and is used to get a high quality, deep cleansing facial – at home!
The ingredients are pretty crazy. Not sure what marshmallow root and French green clay can do for my face, but I’m excited to try it!
I know, you’re thinking what I thought when I saw the photo. How on earth do I put this powder on my face and suddenly I’m getting a deluxe facial? All ingredients are dry and just need to be mixed with a wetting agent for form a paste. This “wetting agent” can be a number of things including aloe vera, a cleanser or toner, rose hydrosol… or just plain water! (As you may be able to tell, simple is good for me…)
Maybe on the next trip, I’ll just pack this item and give myself a facial!

I don’t know about the marshmallow root but I can tell you French green clay is great …

French green clay is the ingredient responsible for the incredible ‘drawing’ power of spa facials. No respectable spa would be without a high quality clay! And marshmallow root is extra soothing, so if you have any skin sensitivity, the emolliency of the marshmallow root will balance out ’stronger’ ingredients and also provide some extra anti-inflammatory action. Yeah marshmallow! I’d love to hear from you ~ convo me @ my shop and we can probably work out a sample for you to try at home.
