This Etsy item is selling on Etsy.com for $14.00. The tag is a 3/4″ sterling silver disc which the Etsy seller (PunkyJane) will hand-stamp with your kitty’s name. I really like the oh-so-cute cat face design as well!
Also, the seller says that she can stamp your phone number on the back of the tag. Very important!
The custom-made tag hangs from split rings, which are ready to attach to the collar.
My favorite part is the bling you can add you the tag! This is one of the best things about Etsy.com – sellers are many times willing to really make their handmade items work for you! If you want to add more bling, just let seller PunkyJane know! For a small additional charge, she can add Swarovski crystals!

This is definitely a cute pet tag! Our cats are indoor cats so I don’t have a tag for them, but I should definitely consider it Just In Case.
