I was so excited to come across this Etsy shop on Twitter.  The seller (Malditoarte) made this necklace from the seeds of the Huayruru tree.  This tree grows in the Peruvian rainforest!

The seller says the seeds are half red are half black, which she says suggest a complementary duality.  The seller also says this duality is the power of the Huayruru seed – attracting good fortune and ward off evil spirits.  So cool!

The pendant of this beautiful neckalce was made with crocheted fine silver and Huayruro seeds.  The pendant comes with an 18 inch long sterling silver snake chain.  The necklace is selling on Etsy.com for $35.00.  If you are looking for unique jewelry for yourself or to give as a gift, you must check out this shop!
