jumpingjackdesigns fill in thank you notes Dont Forget to Thank!

Ok, so it might be that I’m having a quarter-life crisis, but what in the world is up with kids not sending thank you cards these days?

Like, listen, ya little brat, I didn’t have that $15.00 I gave you for your 7th birthday just waiting in a box with your name on it.  Let’s be honest.

No more grande sugar-free vanilla soy lattes for me this week.  The least the kids could do is send a cute card to those who give them presents. You know, with cute kid handwriting that is all goofy and misspelled.  I don’t even care about grammar or legibility at this point.

I mean, really parents.

Sigh…

Anyway, I think Etsy’s JumpingJackDesigns has the best remedy.  Look at this oh-so-cute cards (and the kids haven’t even written in them yet!)

This item is $12.00 for 12 cards – awesome price!  I think any relative would absolutly love getting this in the mail after a birthday.

Plus, the child has a chance to learn that thank you cards are important…

… and all I want the relatives/neighbors/friends want is to feel good about celebrating with your child and (tear) feel appreciated.

Jump! Off my soap box now… thanks guys…

Great work JumpingJackDesigns!  Love the entire shop!

I could not agree with you more! Why in the world are thank you cards not written anymore? I remember being sat down and told to write every single thank you note before I could play with all my presents. My kids will do the same!

    These cards are darling :)

Seriously! My mom used to be on me to write a thank you note for anything I received as a child from the moment I received it until the time she put a stamp on it and threw it in a mailbox. It’s really a simple (and courteous) thing to do and only takes a few minutes. There’s no good reason not to send a little note to someone to say you appreciate their efforts. Okay, now I’m on a soapbox. :|

Well, the cards are very cute. If I had kids, you can bet I’d be making them fill these out…

Hello Jackie! Thank you for the feature. I agree about the need for a simple thank you. I hope these will make it easier on busy parents. Cheers!

I have a 20 year old niece we’re still trying to get to write thank you notes. She’s at least started doing thank you emails. Baby steps.

But I like this idea better!!! Adorable!
