This Etsy seller (halfpintsalvage) summarizes what is in this shop in the Etsy shop announcement:
“I love creating unique, functional home decor pieces using salvaged and recycled finds. Whether it’s a vintage window turned chalkboard or a coat rack made from a 80-year old, wooden plinth block, I’m up for the challenge! No materials are ever off limits–and often times, the strangest objects end up being the most aesthetically pleasing.”
Makes me love this seller even more!
My favorite item in this Etsy shop is this darling re-purposed organizer/chalkboard/jewelry screen – yes, use it for all three purposes! It is selling for $42.00.
If you’re like me, you are wondering by now how this was made. Here’s what the seller (halfpintsalvage) says in the Etsy item description:
“This salvaged cabinet door has been repurposed as an organizer / chalkboard / jewelry screen triple threat. Cabinet doors just got a bit more interesting. Decorative cabinet doors are usually just that–decorative. But this recycled beauty was reborn with function in mind. Use the chalkboard area to jot down important thoughts. Hang your personal items from the vintage transom chain. In a nutshell–get organized!”
I’ve gotta have this.
Know the perfect place to put this in your home? Here are the measurements before you buy: 22.5 inches by 13.5 inches.
