Altoid Gift Tin
Item: Chiyogami Gift Tin
Seller: MaJentaDesigns

I found another Altered Altoid tin! Love these!
I am a big fan of trading in my credit card rewards points for gift cards to give as gifts. A little cheap? Maybe. Saves a lot of money because I put everything through my credit card? For sure!
One problem….
You know the cute little sleeves you get at the retail store when you buy a gift card from them? Well, my gift cards come from the reward program without those little sleeves.
Make way for my Etsy Item of the Day for today!
I think these Altoid-sized tins are perfect for housing the gift cards. The Etsy seller (MaJentaDesigns) says you could also use these cute boxes as a small gift box – think pocket mirrors, bottle openers, bobby pins, jewelry, etc. Here’s another great idea from the seller for how to use these – wedding or party favors! Just send the seller a note and you can get some information about purchasing in bulk.
Although some sellers on Etsy re-use old Altoid tins, please note that this item is not made from a reused Altoid tins. Gift giving minus the minty smell!
