If you are in the throws of planning a wedding, or know someone who is, Natalie Briggs is a seller you should definitely check out!

Natalie’s shop is called NatalieBriggs and she sells luxury handmade garters – think everything from just simple wedding garters or elegant garters to sexy garters, modern wedding garters, and vintage lace garters. In addition, the garters at NatalieBriggs come with a throw away/toss garter.

“Treat yourself to a unique sexy garter that is beautifully gift packaged and lovingly handmade,” Natalie tells buyers in her Etsy shop description.  “I want to reinvent the bridal garter to be a popular wedding accessory for many brides to be.”

I heard about this darling shop via my Etsy feature page.  Natalie told me she is 23, and lives in Western Australia with her recently married husband. “I love making things around the house, dragging my husband to craft shows and traveling,” she said.

“When im not making my garters, I love to go out with friends for coffee, or have a really nice relaxing cold beer down at the pub,” Natalie told me.  “Me and my husband always try to travel as much as we can, so we like to take a few long weekends away here and there.”

Fittingly, Natalie love a shop on Etsy that sells wedding dresses!

“I like Bellinabridal. She has the most beautiful wedding dresses!” Natalie said. “If I wasnt already married, I would definatley got my dress from her.  They are all so unique and well made and she is a really nice person. She actually suggested I join the Etsy Wedding Team, which I have and I love chatting to her.”

Natalie is spot on – this is a great shop to find lovely handmade wedding dresses!

Sellers who are new to Etsy.com should take note of Natalie’s great advice:

“No matter how much you read up on selling on Etsy, you’ll always make mistakes. My biggest mistake when I first started was having a black background in my photos and taking my photos at night, eeekkk! I suggest make sure you read the forums every day and make at least three improvements to your store a week,” Natalie tells sellers.  “You may have the best product but if you photos and store look bad, people will not buy.”

Amen sister! In my experience, bad Etsy photos won’t just result in less sales, but less press!!  Who wants to feature a seller who has lackluster photos?

Natalie told me her Etsy sales have been so great, she is just keeping up with orders – congratulations!

“Hopefully have over 80 items in my store listed by the end of the year,” she said.  “I also want to make a sexy bedroom black label, made to compliment your lingerie.”  Cannot wait to see this come out!
