This week, I decided to spotlight an Etsy shop I discovered through a new feature I have added to Etsy Item of the Day.  Anyone can tell me about their shop via my Etsy shop submission page – and many great sellers are telling me about their work!

On Monday, I featured DaintyCreations, and Etsy shop that has darling handmade jewelry boxes listed.  Yesterday, I featured some jumbo paper clips selling on Etsy’s PennyGlassGirl.  Anyone else an office supplies junkie like me!?

My favorite item in her shop is this fall wreath.  This wreath is made from an 18 inch straw base and adorned with jewel toned daisies in purple, burgandy and orange.   It’s selling for $60.00.  I thought this was a great item to show all of you since (believe it or not) fall will sneak up on us really fast!

Toni is a 31 year old crafter living in New Jersey with her husband and yorkie dog Harvick (named after nascar driver Kevin Harvick). She’s a paralegal by day and florist by night!

Toni told me that she loves Disney. “I am a total Disney freak. I wish I could just live there. I actually got married in Disney I love it so much!” she said.

She also loves going to the beach, buying housewares and shopping for shoes! I’m with Toni on all of these activities!

Toni tells sellers to be sure to engage in the Etsy forums.  “You can really learn a ton in the forums from those that have been selling longer than you. You can find great ways to advertise, fix up your shop and get sales!” she says.

This is Toni’s first year on Etsy.com, and she says she has already had more sales than she thought she would!  In the future, she is excited to stock her Etsy shop with many more items.  She is also going to be thinking up some creative new wreath and centerpiece designs and also expanding to create other items to sell.
