Item: Nesting Snack Containers

How could I not looking at every single item in an Etsy shop called “TheVintageApartment”?  I love vintage on Etsy, I love the idea of an apartment full of great vintage finds, therefore I adore that shop name!

So, while browsing the shop, I came across these darling little nesting snack containers.

Here was my first thought, “Love these, but are the labels things that I actually like?”  Seems weird, but there are occasions that come to mind where I find something labeled I cannot live without… well… until I realize the label reads something I don’t use or like.

Think about it: the green “nuts” container above could turn off a non-nut eater.

However, I enjoy a few kinds of nuts.  I totally dig “candies” of all kinds.  And “snacks” - get real – I enjoy snacks a bit too much. I definitely think this vintage find is for me!

These nesting snack containers are selling for $24.00.  The largest is the yellow “snacks” container, followed by the middle-sized orange “candies”, and then the smallest is the green “nuts” container.

I fell in love with this seller when I read this in the item description:

“My favourite thing about this trio is the gorgeous script font used! I love a good font-face.”

Amen sister.  I am totally with you on the good font-face.  Sigh. It’s so nice to know there are others in this world that value things like that.

The seller (TheVintageApartment) also points out that this vintage Etsy item is a great space-saver when not in use.  Just stack one inside the other, pop the lid on, and display.  Love that!
